Establishment of this college in 1947 was entirely owing to the sense of adventure and untiring efforts of Late Shri. Dhondumama Sathe, the founder of the Maharashtra Technical Education Society, Pune. It is a Government Aided Private Institute affiliated to the Shivaji University, Kolhapur. | | This College is situated between Sangli and Miraj on a piece of land of around 100 acres. It has Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology branches.
